Take notice that on the 14th day of March 2000, an application to put A. C. & P. Limited (formerly Accord Ceilings & Partitions Limited) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 4th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
