Take notice that on the 28th day of March 2000, an application for putting Thermal Systems Limited (formerly Florad Underfloor Heating (NZ) Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Todd Henry Enterprises Limited (formerly Florad Underfloor Heating (NZ) Limited), whose address is 15C Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland.
