Take notice that on the 23rd day of February 2000, an application for putting Stuarts Properticare Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
