Take notice that on Friday, the 24th day of March 2000, an application for putting Thomas McKree Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Glengarry Hancocks Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of CNR Sales & Wellesley Streets, Auckland.
The applicant's solicitor is Anthony Thomas, whose address for service is Ground Level, 20 Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland.
