Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and the State Sector Act 1988, I, Alastair Miles Bisley, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and granted to China Airlines a Scheduled International Air Services Licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail from points in Taiwan to points in New Zealand, via any intermediate points, at such frequency as is filed with and authorised by the Secretary of Transport.
The licence was granted with effect from 26 March 2000.
