And-Jensen Industries Limited, a company incorporated within the laws enforced in New Zealand and having its registered office at 104 Botany Road, Howick, Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 26th day of November 1999, an application for putting Jensen Industries Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of January 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
