Take notice that on Monday, the 21st day February 2000, an application for putting Canterbury Scaffolding Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 3rd day of April 2000 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Radioworks New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Otago Credit Consultants Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House,
7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
