Take notice that on the 21st day of February 2000, an application for putting Euro Heat Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 17th day of April 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Doctor Matthew Mills, whose address for service is at the offices of Gold Walsh, Solicitors, 35 Perry Street (P.O. Box 562), Masterton.
