Take notice that on the 10th day of February 2000, an application for putting Waipuna International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is David Ross Black, whose address for service is at the offices of Cook Allan Gibson, Barristers and Solicitors, Cook Allan Gibson Building, corner of Princes and High Streets (P.O. Box 143 or D.X. Y.P. 80-023), Dunedin.
