Take notice that on the 10th day of January 2000, an application for putting Victory Immigration Services Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of May 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Michael Liu, whose address for service is care of Law Debt Collection Limited, 11 Hill Road, Manurewa, Auckland.
