Take notice that on the 25th day of February 2000, an application to put Barclay's Real Estate Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 3rd day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Software House NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Johnston Lawrence, Solicitors, Level Six, Wool House, corner of Brandon and Featherston Streets, Wellington.
Documents for the applicant may be left at that address for service.
Any particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the applicant or the applicant's solicitor.
