Take notice that on the 6th day of March 2000, an application for putting Greenfern Resource Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 3rd day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Avis Rent-a-Car Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Hughes Robertson, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, Leaders Building, 15 Brandon Street (P.O. Box 2513), Wellington.
