Take notice that on the 7th day of March 2000, an application for putting Eastern Pacific Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of May 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance in the High Court at Auckland no later than the second working day before that day.
