Take notice that on the 15th day of February 2000, an application for putting Ask Aunt Daisy Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of April 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is New Zealand Magazines (a division of
W & H Specialist Publications Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
