Take notice that on the 21st day of February 2000, an application for putting Ngatea Service Station (1997) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 3rd day of April 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Auto Trade Supply Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
