Take notice that on the 16th day of December 1999, an application for putting Link Property Services Limited of 9 Ganges Road, Khandallah, Wellington, into liquidation was made to the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 3rd day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Fletcher Steel (a division of Fletcher Challenge Steel Products Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Hughes Robertson, Barristers and Solicitors, Fourth Floor, Leaders Building, 15 Brandon Street (P.O. Box 2513), Wellington.
