Take notice that on the 10th day of December 1999, an application for putting Fuelstar NZ 1998 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 4th day of May 2000 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Radio Pacific, whose address for service is at the offices of Northern Credit Consultants, 5 King Street (P.O. Box 1142), Hamilton.
