Take notice that on the 3rd day of March 2000, an application for putting Ritz Hair Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 10th day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
