Take notice that on the 19th day of January 2000, an application for the liquidation of Right Point Investments Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 30th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
