Take notice that on the 23rd day of February 2000, an application to put Jennings Construction Limited into liquidation was filed at the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is due to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 3rd day of April 2000 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
