Take notice that on the 2nd day of March 2000, an application for putting Transmark Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of May 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Anthony J. Nolan, Solicitor, Perry House, 360 Tristram Street (P.O. Box 1268), Hamilton.
