Take notice that on the 4th day of February 2000, an application for putting Greenfern Resource Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 13th day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is The National Bank of New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Seventeen, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Justin Toebes).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for directions to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
