Take notice that on the 14th day of February 2000, an application for putting Anderson's Tyre and Auto Service Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level Sixteen, Price Waterhouse Centre,
119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 20th day of March 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Blairs Super Tyre Distributors Limited, whose solicitor is Kevin William Clay of the firm of Macfarlane Dougall Stringer. The address for service of the above-named plaintiff is at the offices of Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
