Take notice that on the 26th day of January 2000, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Albert Mews Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 20th day of March 2000 at
11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Bank of New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Telestra Business Centre, 191-201 Queen Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland.
