Take notice that on the 2nd day of February 2000, an application for the appointment by the High Court of a liquidator of the assets in New Zealand of Tasman Charters Inc. was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of April 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Southern Cross Stevedores Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh McKenzie Bartleet & Co, Level Seventeen, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
