Take notice that on the 10th day of February 2000, an application for putting C Keeton Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Fletcher Merchants Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Level Fourteen, Auckland Club Tower, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
