Take notice that on the 20th day of January 2000, an application for putting Access Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
10 a.m. on Thursday, the 6th day of April 2000.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Merchant Trading Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Courtney Ewart, Solicitors, Level Fourteen, Harbour View Building,
