Take notice that on the 25th day of January 2000, an application for putting Te Aturama Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 9th day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
