Take notice that on the 7th day of December 1999, an application for winding up of Mark and Kim Limited (previously known as Woodcut Tools International Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
