Take notice that on the 18th day of January 2000, an application for the liquidation of The Auckland Gas Company Limited was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Expo Digital Document Centres Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of George Bogiatto, First Floor, West Plaza Building, 3 Albert Street, Auckland.
