Take notice that on the 28th day of January 2000, an application for putting Wilcar Limited (formerly registered as Scott Realty Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 9th day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiffs are Bill Becroft and Dianne Karen Becroft, whose address for service is at the offices of Kendall
