Take notice that on the 11th day of January 2000, an application for putting Sherwood Forestry Corporation Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 30th day of March 2000 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is the New Zealand Timber Processors Limited (in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Telstra Business Centre, 191-201 Queen Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direcion to D.X. C.P. 24024, Auckland.
