Take notice that on the 30th day of December 1999, an application for putting Webnettv Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 21st day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Allied Press Limited (trading as The Otago Daily Times), whose address for service is at the offices of Otago Credit Consultants Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House, 7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
