2000/8 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles
on State Highways in Transit New Zealand
Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the First Schedule following clause 4, insert:
At Tokoroa, commencing at a point (Route Position 537/11.02) 55 metres north of the northern abutment of the Whakauru Bridge, proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 537/12.36) 90 metres south of Mossop Road; a distance of 1.34 kilometres.
3. In the Second Schedule following clause 9, insert:
At Tokoroa, commencing at a point (Route Position 537/12.36) 90 metres south of Mossop Road, proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 550/1.34) 150 metres south of Moffat Road; a distance of 1.58 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
