Pursuant to section 15 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, ASURE New Zealand Limited hereby gives notice that its board has delivered to the shareholding Ministers of the company its annual report for the year ending
30 September 1999, containing its financial statements, audit report, and a report on operations, and has, with the consent of the shareholding Ministers, published the annual report.
