Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of road described in the Schedule hereto, is declared to be State Highway No. 29 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

At Tauranga, State Highway No. 29 to include the section
of road commencing at the western side of the intersection of Hewletts Road and Tasman Quay (Route Position 0/0.00) and extending in an easterly direction to the eastern side of the intersection of Hewletts Road and Tasman Quay (Route Position 0/0.07); a distance of 70 metres.
