It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated
5 July 2000 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60 in Tasman District commencing at its intersection with the southern boundary of Maiseys Road (Route Position 0/9.77) and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction to its intersection with Nile Road (Route Position 0/14.238) on the western side of the State highway; a distance of 4.468 kilometres and on the eastern side of the State highway to the southern boundary of Section 45, Moutere Hills District, S.O. 2489 (Route Position 0/14.124); a distance of 4.354 kilometres; as more particularly shown on Plan LAR 10/60/2A and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
