No. 3, Te Awamutu
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 3 described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State Highway No. 3 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
At Te Awamutu, that section of State Highway
No. 3 commencing at the intersection of Ohaupo Road and Arawata Street (Route Position 16/10.33) and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction along Arawata Street to its intersection with Sloane Street, then in a generally southerly direction along Sloane Street to its intersection with Park Road (Route Position 16/11.15); a distance of
820 metres.
Second Schedule
State Highway No. 3 to include the section of recently
re-formed road at Te Awamutu commencing at its intersection with State Highway No. 3 (Route Position 16/10.33) and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction to its intersection with Sloane Street (Route Position 16/11.24); a distance of 906 metres.
