2000/8 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles
on State Highways: Transit New Zealand
Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the First Schedule following clause 4, insert:
The section of State Highway No. 2 that is at Matata, commencing at a point (Route Position 209/13.56)
420 metres north-west of Kaokaoroa Street proceeding in a generally south-easterly direction to a point (Route Position 223/1.17) 150 metres east of Pollen Street;
a distance of 1.95 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
