Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Futures Notice (No. 9) 1999 Amendment Notice.
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Clause 2 amended-Clause 2 of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 9) 1999 is amended by omitting
the name "United Capital Securities Limited (ACN 063 477 083)'' and substituting the name "traderspace limited (ACN 063 477 083)".
