Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. (1) This notice shall be cited as the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District Notice 1992, Amendment No. 7, and shall be read with and deemed part of the
notice constituting the New Zealand Timberlands Rural
Fire District Notice 1992 made on the 28th day of February 1992* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice will come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. The principal notice is hereby amended by deleting from the Schedule, clauses 25 and 39.
