Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 March 2000 and pursuant to section 87J (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 30 March 2000, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 March 2000, I give notice that the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by Air New Zealand to provide for:
· in respect of Thailand, 7 services per week from points in New Zealand optionally via intermediate points to Bangkok;
· in respect of Australia and Hong Kong, a twice weekly service to Hong Kong via Melbourne; and
· in respect of the Cook Islands, the filing of nature of services statements and tariffs to be for information purposes only.
