Pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 and Regulation 68 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Peter Waring, principal engineer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations specified in Schedule 2 and from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations (1976) specified in Schedule 3, and subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 4.

Conditions
(1) A copy of this notice is to be carried in the towing vehicle at all times.
(2) This exemption is only valid whilst the vehicle is in the ownership of Marine Haulage Limited.
(3) Chocks are to be carried on the vehicle at all times and are to be used on every occasion when the vehicle is parked.
