Revoking Limited Access Road and Declaring

State Highway to be Limited Access Road: Hamilton Region
It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 2 February 2000, pursuant to Section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby revokes the limited access road status from the part of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, and declares the parts of State highway described in the Second Schedule hereto and as more particularly shown on plans and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
First Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 5 at Taupo on the western side only, commencing at the northern boundary of Lot 175, D.P. S. 53294, C.T. 50D/84 (Route Position 111/12.96) and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to the southern boundary of Lot 116, D.P. S. 53293, C.T. 50D/83 (Route Position 111/13.49); a distance of 530 metres.
Second Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 2 at Pongakawa commencing at Pongakawa Station Road (Route Position 189/8.02) and proceeding in a generally easterly direction to the Western Bay of Plenty/Whakatane District Boundary (Route Position 189/19.43); a distance of 11.41 kilometres.
The section of State Highway No. 3 at Te Awamutu commencing at Bridgman Road (Route Position 16/12.04), and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to Leslie Street (Route Position 16/14.33); a distance of 2.29 kilometres.
The section of State Highway No. 31 at Otorohanga commencing at the Waipa River Bridge West Abutment (Route Position 0/0.89) and proceeding in a generally northerly direction to Owaikura Road (Route Position 0/8.00); a distance of 7.11 kilometres.
