Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Malcolm Charles Johnson and Ethne Margaret Johnson, of Invercargill, on the 1st day of December 2000, appointed Murray Louis Acker and Peter James Heenan, chartered accountants of Invercargill, as receivers and managers of the property of Golf Southland Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of September 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking and all the property and assets of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present or future, including uncalled capital, called capital but unpaid and goodwill of all its business.
