I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, give notice that on the 23rd day of November 2000, Colin Lennox Taylor, Timothy John Goulding and Merilyn Clynne Taylor, the assignees of
a debenture dated the 23rd day of November 1999 issued
by the company in favour of ASB Bank Limited
("the debenture"), appointed me as receiver of all of the undertaking, property and assets of Prestige Management Limited under the powers contained in the debenture.
