Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Office Network (1999) Limited gives notice that on the 1st day of December 2000, it appointed Robert Anthony Elms and Owen Douglas Gibson, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of Office Network (1999) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Petone.
Further particulars can be obtained from the receivers and managers, whose address is at the offices of Martin Jarvie PKF, 85 The Terrace (P.O. Box 1208), Wellington.
