Notice of Resignation of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 8th day of December 2000,
I, Kenneth Athol Howard, hereby resign as receiver from the above-named companies.
Iain Bruce Shephard will continue to hold office as receiver.
