Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of January 2000, Peter William Young of Christchurch, and Kerryn Mark Downey of Auckland, chartered accountants of KPMG, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Willowbrook Properties Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) (trading as Sovereign Resort Hotel) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of September 1996, which consists of the assets and undertaking of the company.
Office of the Receiver is: Care of KPMG, Fifteenth Floor, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
