Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson were appointed joint receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Ganesh on the 4th day of October 2000.
Ganesh purchased the assets and undertaking of Surf
Dive' N Ski NZ Limited (now All Surf Company Limited) in approximately July 1999.
Ganesh is one of the Daswani Group of Companies which includes:
? Ganesh Australia Pty Limited
? Surf Dive' N Ski Australia Pty Limited
Any party to a lease or hire purchase contract with any of the Daswani Group of Companies should advise the receivers forthwith of the subject and nature of the contract.
Certain assets, in particular computers/point of sale systems, are in the possession of the receivers.
Any such items not claimed, pursuant to leases or hire purchase contracts, will be sold in 14 days from the date of this notice.
